Before You Buy an Infrared Sauna
Questions? We Can Help
Traditional saunas heat the surrounding air to create a high-temperature environment, while infrared saunas use infrared heating elements designed to deliver radiant heat at lower ambient temperatures. Many people prefer the lower-temperature environment of an infrared sauna for a more comfortable at-home experience. Heating technology, temperature ranges, and other features vary by model, so review the individual product specifications when comparing options.
Space requirements vary by model, so check the exact assembled dimensions on the product page before purchasing. Be sure to allow adequate clearance around the unit for comfortable access and ventilation. You should also verify the electrical requirements for the specific model and make sure an appropriate power connection is available in the installation area. Measuring your space and reviewing the product specifications before ordering is the best way to ensure a proper fit.
Assembly requirements vary by model, but many home infrared saunas are designed for on-site assembly using the included components and hardware. Because sauna panels can be large and heavy, having a second person available may make assembly easier. Before purchasing, review the individual product specifications and manufacturer instructions for assembly requirements, electrical connections, and any additional tools or professional installation needs.
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Items generally must be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories. For approved non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for eligibility requirements and complete terms before purchasing.
